Platform

Two systems. One purpose.

Nerva measures capability. Meridian coordinates development. Neither replaces the expertise of practitioners — they make that expertise more precise and less dependent on guesswork.

We built these systems because the alternative — spreadsheets, gut feel, and annual reviews — produces capability data that's roughly as useful as a chocolate teapot. The platform exists to give practitioners and program managers something they can actually act on: specific, current, evidence-backed capability intelligence.

Neither system is a black box. Nerva's assessment logic is transparent — every score traces back to specific responses and research claims. Meridian's coordination is visible — every workflow step, every team interaction, every progress marker is auditable. We don't believe in tools that demand trust without earning it.
